At RealBryanHarris.com, we are committed to delivering high-value coaching that empowers sales professionals to succeed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

• Only first-time enrollments are eligible for a refund. If you have previously enrolled and participated in the program, refunds will not be granted.

• Refunds are only available for self-paced courses and/or programs.

2. Conditions for Refund

​

• You must have actively participated in the program. This includes using the product, going through course material, getting inside of the Slack Community, & our Skool Community.

• If a refund is requested, we may ask for proof of participation to ensure you made an effort to implement the coaching strategies.

• No refunds will be granted for lack of participation or failure to use the program materials.

3. Non-Refundable Items

​

• Digital downloads, course materials, or templates provided during the program.

• Programs purchased at a discounted rate or through special promotions.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund, email bryan@salesgeniuscoaching.com with your full name, purchase details, and a brief reason for your request.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days once approved.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
